Adult, Teen and Child Aerial Instruction

We are proud to offer unique, aerial instruction to anyone 3 and older!  Modalities taught include Aerial Hammock, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Conditioning, an Aerial Yoga. Private aerial lessons are currently available by appointment at multiple aerial studios in Honolulu.  Current class offerings are posted below - please note the classes are for adults, child lessons will need to be set up via appointment.

Prenatal Yoga

Practice gentle strengthening and flexibility in a series of yoga postures specifically designed for the pregnant and postpartum body. In this safe and encouraging space, you will move through a gentle flow and sequences designed to stabilize and revitalize your body, mind, and spirit at any point in your prenatal and postpartum journey.  All classes will include a warmup, setting intention/meditation, standing postures, seated postures, and ending relaxation. A variety of props will be provided such as blocks, bolsters and blankets, and you are invited to bring your own should you choose.  Private prenatal yoga lessons are currently available by appointment at multiple yoga studios on O'ahu (Ala Moana and Kaneohe).
