Tuesdays/Fridays by special appointment

Kuakini St Office at Nu'uanu Valley
Private Pay and Insurance Based Occupational Therapy & Lactation Visits:
Mondays & Fridays: 9:00am - 2:00pm

Home Visits
A limited amount of home visits are available on the island of O'ahu for occupational therapy and lactation care.
Home visit fees for 2023 vary between $10-20 per visit depending on your location.

Teletherapy
Teletherapy services are available for occupational therapy and lactation care.
An in-person evaluation is usually required before beginning teletherapy visits afterward, depending on reason for referral.

We accept referrals from all medical providers in the states of Hawai'i and Alaska at our locations and work hard to collaborate with all professionals working with our clients.
